We work on high-value real estate assets in the tertiary, residential, hotel or mixed-use sectors, where the price, liquidity and executability of a transaction depend on a rigorous assessment of the asset’s real value and its transformation scenarios.

To do this, we structure an in-depth technical and economic analysis upstream, mobilizing our resources (studies, engineering, construction economics, regulatory diagnostics, work and CAPEX scenarios) according to the nature of the asset.
These analyses form the basis of the price and the negotiation: they make it possible to objectify the value, qualify the levers of valuation, anticipate the conditions of use and execution, and reduce the asymmetry of information between the parties.
